Albany, NY – BWP Football Academy has been accepted into the USL Academy platform for the
2022-23 Fall & Spring seasons.

Blackwatch Soccer Club, Inc. has been a long-standing member of the USL’s Super Y League for 23 years, and was recently partnered with NE Rush offering the USL Academy to the Capital Region’s most talented male players this past year.

“We are extremely pleased to share this elite opportunity with our current players, future participants within the Academy and beyond, and our families,” stated Academy Director Steve Freeman.

The USL Academy group is fresh off two great results on the road, a 3-3 draw against Black Rock FC and a 4-1 victory against Pathfinder FC. BWP Football Academy, Pre-Academy and Grassroots have trials this coming week, starting”

Tuesday, June 21st and running through Wednesday, June 29th at Christian Brothers Academy.
